The ceremonial opening of the new luxury hotel and marina The Chedi Luštica Bay was attended by over 1,500 guests from all over the world, including the highest state leader of Montenegro. The inspiration for the grand opening came from the “Shaping memories” concept, in which motifs, legends and traditions characteristic of this part of Montenegro were woven from the beginning, as well as the idea of ​​building a luxury complex that is in complete harmony with the untouched nature that surrounds it.

Carefully designed performances of local and international music stars, such as “Operosa” electro opera, musical sets by DJ duo Wise D & Kobe, British DJ Nick Bridges, as well as an unforgettable performance by music legend Nile Rodgers and the band “Chic”, are accompanied by innovative lighting effects, lasers and several minutes of fireworks that could be seen from the entire Boka Kotorska. A local troupe of cheerleaders with a band, acrobats with fire and a hoop, Buugeng, girls in fairy costumes on stilts, are just some of the performers who delighted the guests with their unusual and masterful performances.

The central part of the event was occupied by the official opening ceremony of the marina and the hotel, whose main protagonists – the officials of the Government of Montenegro and the management of the hotel – marked the beginning of the complex’s work by placing stones that represent the basic elements of nature.

A fully built stage on the water of 400m2, 14m high, light and sound effects, an authentic decorative setting, as well as a program that lasted well into the night, positioned the opening party as the event of the season in the region, and M2Communications as an agency that continues to create and implements innovative ideas and sets high standards when it comes to creative events.

A well-coordinated team with more than one hundred and fifty members from several countries worked for months on the implementation of the conceptual concept with the aim of making the opening of the first luxury city of its kind on the Adriatic an unforgettable experience that the guests will remember for a long time.
