IPM MEETING – PREPARATION FOR EXPO 2027
The second meeting of participants of the International Specialized Exhibition “Expo Belgrade 2027” (International Participants Meeting – IPM) was held from March 10 to 12 at the Sava Center, with around 500 delegates from over 130 countries in attendance.
We were involved in organizing this important international event, which required significant time, attention, and coordination in its preparation. The three-day program took place simultaneously at two prominent locations – the Sava Center and the Palace of Serbia in New Belgrade – which demanded precise planning and multi-level logistics.
At the Sava Center, a rich working program was carried out, including numerous thematic panels and presentations dedicated to organizing and participating in Expo Belgrade 2027. A particular production challenge was the ceremonial opening of the meeting, attended by high-ranking officials from Serbia and abroad, which required careful coordination of a large number of participants, as well as meticulously planned direction and flawless technical execution.
A special highlight of the program was the gala dinner at the Palace of Serbia, where guests, in addition to enjoying exquisite cuisine and a carefully designed ambiance, had the opportunity to experience “Play for Heritage” – a guided tour of the Palace of Serbia. During this exhibition, attendees were introduced to the art, history, and cultural heritage of our country, through content that combined a contemporary approach with the rich tradition of the venue in which the event was held.
