In the new context we are currently facing, some rapid changes have taken place, requiring an adequate experience marketing response. These changes are related to an increasing reliance on digital platforms in designing positive user experience and building commitment.
In these new circumstances, our mission is to enrich the real experience and reach out to the broader public as much as possible, on the one hand, and enhance digital experience by boosting target audience interaction and their engagement on digital platforms, on the other. Furthermore, our aim is to offer our clients a better understanding of their own users/customers to help them improve the efficiency of their business operations, boost customer loyalty and achieve better business results.
Digital X services are based on tapping into the full potential of science, technology and creativity, with a view to designing digital user experiences. Within Digital X we have developed services that include creating hybrid virtual events, interactive videos VR solutions and consumer journey mapping, as well as designing platforms based on predictive models. All our services are essentially customer-centric, which means that we are focused on creating positive user experience to achieve a competitive edge and ROI.
Hybrid virtual event has many benefits, from linking more people, through reducing costs, to reliable metrics of success and number of visits. In a specially created ambiance participants in the event are encouraged to interact and communicate, which leads to their greater engagement. Hybrid virtual event production sets new standards in the domain of event organization and experiential marketing and implies transforming events into a live show streaming platform using television transmission as a model.
Our Digital X team is also engaged in developing a specific video format – interactive video. Interactive videos are already used particularly in digital marketing and online shopping (e-commerce).
An interactive video is an interactive content format that enables users to manage and create stories of their own choice. Such a video is certainly more impactful, thus making more memorable the brand message we wish to convey.
Another set of Digital X services includes consumer journey mapping and predictive modeling, whose end result is the design of applications and platforms for large databases and communication channel optimization matching user needs. Predictive modeling and consumer journey mapping represent a powerful set of services that predict the path and outcome of particular user action and guarantee reliable and sustainable business operations.
Predictive modeling and consumer journey mapping include the following steps: designing, efficiency, and harmonization. Designing is in fact consumer journey mapping, which implies systematization of user data, creating an experience map and user experience design in key places. Efficiency, i.e. business process mapping, means familiarizing with business operations, identifying and modeling key processes and creating standardized operative procedures. The final step is data harmonization or systematization, which comprises several phases: data input, i.e. data collection and integration from various sources through microservices; data modeling, i.e. optimization of predictive algorithms and data processing; and data output, i.e. constant improvement of customer experience with result monitoring.
