Haitian Machinery: Three days, two formats

Haitian Machinery

M2Communications delivered a three-day Open Day event for Haitian Machinery, a major international manufacturer of industrial machinery, held in Ruma from 22 to 24 September. Welcoming around 1,200 guests, the event gave Haitian the opportunity to showcase its manufacturing facility, advanced technologies and production capabilities, while opening its doors to business partners, employees and their families.

Our production team handled the planning, organisation and on-site coordination of key event elements, from staging, venue branding and technical setup to guest transportation, catering, staffing and event production. Hosting the event at Haitian’s own manufacturing facility called for careful planning, with the space and logistics tailored to different activities and the needs of each audience.

The first two days focused on international business partners, associates and industry buyers, with a strong presence of guests from Italy and Germany. The programme offered a firsthand look at the company’s manufacturing processes, technologies and capabilities, creating opportunities for business discussions and stronger international partnerships.

The third day brought a change of pace. Haitian Family Day was dedicated to employees and their families, giving them the opportunity to spend time together at the factory, explore the workplace and see where their loved ones spend their working days. The shift from a business-focused event to a family gathering required a different approach to the setup and organisation, ensuring the same venue could accommodate two distinct experiences.

For M2Communications, Haitian Open Day brought together event production, logistics and the coordination of different programme formats. From carefully organised business visits to a relaxed family gathering, every part of the event was planned and managed as part of one cohesive production.

Three days, around 1,200 guests and one shared goal: to get every detail right and make sure every guest left with a positive experience.
