The creative concept and complex organization of the two-day conference at the Hyatt hotel was entrusted to our agency as a long-term partner of the Serbian Association of Managers. The ambience of the Crystal Hall was completely transformed by the installation of an imposing conference stage – over 26 meters long and a video “wall” in the form of a mosaic, with carefully designed animations and 3D effects, while for the needs of the “Hard Talk” panel, the second stage was positioned centrally in the space.
Summit participants had the opportunity to visit a virtual exhibition of the renovated National Museum during breaks using a unique platform called VR All Art.
In addition to the conference part, the M2C team was also in charge of designing the “Unexpected Gala Dinner at Secret Location” concept, with the idea of providing all Summit participants with an extraordinary experience at a location that was kept secret.
The Akacia Open Concept space, tucked away in the greenery near Belgrade, served as an ideal place to take the participants to a world beyond imagination and time for a few hours.
The gala evening accompanied by attractive musical performances, performances with fire and LED Buugeng, imaginative “storytelling” signposts, a laboratory station for cocktails and numerous visual effects, brought elements of surprise and a wonderful atomosphere in the magical glass palace.
