As a creative agency, we have been responsible for organizing and executing the Wine Vision by Open Balkan fair, the largest wine fair in this part of Europe, for the third consecutive time. Our team once again made a maximum contribution to creating a unique experience for both visitors and exhibitors, designing the creative layout, and coordinating all segments of the event.
In collaboration with our partners, we succeeded in raising the standards of this prestigious festival by combining innovative design, modern technologies, and organizational expertise to create an unforgettable experience for all participants.
The creative concept of this year’s fair, named Fusion of Colours, was based on connecting the primary colors of wine with the characteristics of various businesses. The event was divided into four thematic sections, each representing the colors and traits of different types of wine.
Halls 3 and 3A represented the fusion of white wine and business, with a focus on freshness, lightness, and sophistication. Halls 2 (A, B, C) were dedicated to rosé wine, symbolizing youth, energy, and new challenges in the industry. Halls 1 and 1A evoked the tradition and richness of red wine and the business world.
It was in Hall 1 where the grand opening of the fair took place, along with the awarding of the prestigious Open Balkan Wine Trophy, which recognized the best regional wines. Hall 4 was dedicated to sparkling wines, telling a story of luxury, success, and prosperity in its creative setup.
Over the three days of the event, more than 1,500 B2B meetings were held, all part of a broader umbrella platform called Confluence of Tastes, which symbolizes the richness and diversity of wine, food, and experiences from different parts of the world.
During the fair, visitors had the opportunity to enjoy numerous expert lectures, workshops, and tastings, held by renowned domestic and international experts from the wine and gastronomy sectors. In addition to wine, the event included the accompanying Food Vision event, focused on the food industry, where experts from the culinary and gastronomic fields gathered.
Exhibitors from countries such as the United States, France, Australia, the Netherlands, South Africa, Lebanon, Mexico, Portugal, Switzerland, Tunisia, Uganda, the United Kingdom, and many others participated, proving that Wine Vision has outgrown the Balkans and become one of the most significant wine events in Europe.
The fair, with its layout and thematic sections, offered visitors a unique experience, enjoyed by wine, food, and tourism enthusiasts, while exhibitors had the opportunity to establish new business contacts and exchange experiences. “Wine Vision by Open Balkan” continues to grow year after year, raising the bar at all levels and setting new standards in the wine industry.
