CREATIVE MASTERCLASS WITH LAZAR DŽAMIĆ
As part of our internal education program focused on developing the team’s creative and strategic capabilities, we had the opportunity to host a workshop with Lazar Džamić – an author, lecturer, and creative strategist whose work and approach have long been regarded as a relevant reference point in the fields of communication, branding, and contemporary marketing.
Through several intensive sessions, we discussed how strong brand strategies are built today, how valuable insights are developed, and why understanding the audience is often more important than the message itself. A special focus was placed on creative frameworks – the patterns and principles behind ideas that manage to remain recognizable, relevant, and sustainable over time.
We also explored topics shaping contemporary communication today: from content marketing and the changing ways audiences consume content, to the question of how brands can maintain authenticity in a time of communication overload and the constant battle for users’ attention.
One of the most engaging parts of the workshop was the discussion about how strong ideas evolve from an initial concept into clear and distinctive communication — without relying on formulas, generic messaging, or short-lived trends.

For us, this was an opportunity to exchange experiences, reexamine our own processes, and further open space for new ways of thinking about creativity, strategy, and the role of communication in an era shaped by algorithms, shrinking attention spans, and content saturation.
